- Lamia Latifun Rahman is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Textile Engineering at Sonargaon University (SU), Dhaka. She earned her B.Sc. in Textile Engineering (Management) from the Bangladesh University of Textiles (BUTEX) and is currently pursuing her M.Sc. in Textile Engineering (Management) at the same institution. She has over 8 years of teaching experience at Sonargaon University, including more than 3 years as an Assistant Professor and 5 years as a Lecturer. Her academic and research interests include the handloom industry, textile management, quality control, consumer behavior, and sustainability. Through her teaching and research activities, she is committed to enhancing industry-oriented education and promoting sustainable and quality-driven practices within the textile and apparel sector.
