Farhan Khan completed his SSC and HSC from BAF Shaheen College, Dhaka, achieving GPA 5.00 in both examinations. He earned his B.Sc. in Textile Engineering (Wet Process Engineering) from the National Institute of Textile Engineering and Research (NITER), Bangladesh, and is currently pursuing a Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) in Textile Industry Management (TIM) at Bangladesh University of Textiles (BUTEX). He is currently serving as a Lecturer in the Department of Textile Engineering and previously worked as an Executive in Fabric Marketing & Merchandising (Woven & Denim) at Nice Denim (SAAD Group). During his academic years, he served as the Director of Supply Chain & Logistics at the NITER Business & Innovation Club and Vice President of the Science Club at BAF Shaheen College. His research interests include textile wet processing, sustainable textile technologies, nanomaterials, smart textiles, textile testing and standards, wastewater treatment, and Industry 4.0 applications. He has published research articles in reputed international journals and contributed a book chapter. His vision is to bridge academia and industry by advancing sustainable and innovative textile technologies while contributing to engineering education.
